We have a problem in some Cisco IP Phones 7940. DN has dissapeared and the phone show the error: Error Pass Limit.
Please, could you help me?
Usually this is a byproduct of the DN missing from the device or not being on the Line 1 position. If the device is registered, look at the left column and verify the DN is correctly shown in the Line 1 slot. If not, correct the DN placement and reset the device.
